  • What makes Bepulo toothbrushes so special?

    Use it at home as part of your normal routine. If it’s not right for you within 100 days of delivery, we’ll make it right.

  • Why use a sonic toothbrush instead of a manual one?
    Sonic toothbrushes clean more effectively than manual brushes by creating micro-vibrations that help lift plaque from hard-to-reach areas. The result is a deeper clean, healthier gums, and less effort — without aggressive scrubbing.​​

  • Can I use my Bepulo Sonic Toothbrush to clean dentures?
    Yes — switch to Sensitive mode. Our medium-style bristles gently lift away food and stains without scratching dentures.

  • Why don’t we use bamboo for our electric toothbrush body?
    Bamboo is a beautiful natural material, but it isn’t suitable for housing electric components or meeting waterproof safety standards on its own. Electric toothbrushes require sealed, non-porous materials to protect electronics from water and moisture over time. That’s why Bepulo toothbrushes use a durable, recyclable alloy body — designed to last, protect internal components, and be recycled responsibly at end of life.

  • Does the L1 Core UVC Travel Case have a built-in battery?
    No. The L1 Core UVC case draws power through the USB-C cable.
    • Charging light = toothbrush is charging
    • Blue light = UV-C sterilising cycle is running (about 30 seconds)

  • What are PLA brush heads?
    Plant-based brush heads made from renewable materials like corn and sugarcane. A sustainable alternative to traditional plastics. (Read more in our blog.)

  • Are the bristles eco-friendly?
    Yes — they’re made from castor-oil-based bioplastic. Designed as medium bristles for a comfortable but effective clean. (More info in our blog.)

  • Why medium bristles?
    Medium bristles remove plaque effectively while staying gentle on enamel and gums — ideal for everyday brushing.

  • Why choose PLA over regular plastic?
    PLA is made from plants, not petroleum. It’s renewable, has a lower carbon footprint, and reduces reliance on fossil-fuel plastics. (See our blog for details.)

  • How long does the battery last?
    Ages! You’ll get around 25 to 45 days of brushing from one charge. Depending on your brushing routine and which setting you are using. Perfect for travel or anyone who forgets to charge things (we get it).
     

  • How do I charge it?
    Just plug in the USB-C cable into the magnetic base that comes with it and the other side of the cable into your charging adapter. Place the brush on the magnetic base upright.The light will turn on while it’s charging and switch off when it’s ready to go. You will see a red light appear on the handle when the brush is ready to be recharged.

  • Should I keep my brush head in the travel case?
    No — for daily use, let your brush head dry outside the travel case.Travel cases are for short-term protection, not everyday
    storage. Brush heads stay cleaner when they dry upright in open air. Use the case only when travelling.
     

  • Is it waterproof?
    Yep — totally. Every Bepulo toothbrush is IPX7 waterproof, so you can brush in the shower and rinse it under the tap without a worry. The best part is the body is made from premium alloy which is non porous. This means no gunk will every build up on the body unlike other brands. 
     

  • Can kids use it?
    Sure — kids 12 and up can use it no problem. For younger ones, we just recommend an adult helps out or keeps an eye on brushing.
