    Every Bepulo Sonic Toothbrush comes with a 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
    Use it at home as part of your normal routine. If it’s not right for you within 100 days of delivery, we’ll make it right.

  • Why use a sonic toothbrush instead of a manual one?

  • Can I use my Bepulo Sonic Toothbrush to clean dentures?
    Yes — switch to Sensitive mode. Our medium-style bristles gently lift away food and stains without scratching dentures.

  • Why don’t we use bamboo for our electric toothbrush body?
    Bamboo is a beautiful natural material, but it isn’t suitable for housing electric components or meeting waterproof safety standards on its own. Electric toothbrushes require sealed, non-porous materials to protect electronics from water and moisture over time. That’s why Bepulo toothbrushes use a durable, recyclable alloy body — designed to last, protect internal components, and be recycled responsibly at end of life.​​

  • How is Bepulo more sustainable than traditional electric toothbrushes?
    Most electric toothbrushes are made to be thrown away, but the Bepulo L1 is designed to be kept. We’ve re-engineered the experience by combining a durable, long-lasting alloy handle with advanced plant-based heads:

    Renewable PLA Heads: Our brush heads are crafted from Polylactic Acid (PLA), a bioplastic derived from renewable resources like corn and sugarcane instead of petroleum.

    Castor-Oil Bristles: Even our bristles are eco-friendly, made from castor-oil-based bioplastic. They are standardised as medium-strength to provide a dentist-quality clean that's gentle on gums.

    Lower Carbon Footprint: By utilising plant-based materials and high-performance Oday engineering, we significantly reduce reliance on fossil fuels without compromising on your oral health.

  • Why medium bristles?
    Medium bristles remove plaque effectively while staying gentle on enamel and gums — ideal for everyday brushing.​​

  • Battery Life & Charging?
    Thanks to the high-efficiency motor technology Powered by Oday, the L1 series is designed for the long haul. A single full charge typically lasts up to 30 days with regular use, making it the perfect companion for your bathroom or your travel bag. We utilise a universal USB-C charging port to standardise your routine, ensuring you can power up anywhere in the world without needing a bulky proprietary dock. This long battery life is typical of a high-quality sonic electric toothbrush.
     

  • How do I charge it?
    Just plug in the USB-C cable into the magnetic base that comes with it and the other side of the cable into your charging adapter. Place the brush on the magnetic base upright.The light will turn on while it’s charging and switch off when it’s ready to go. You will see a red light appear on the handle when the brush is ready to be recharged.

  • Does the travel case fit all Bepulo brushes?
    Currently, our custom-fit UVC sterilisation travel case is designed exclusively for the L1 Core. While we are actively in the lab designing a new universal sustainable case to fit our entire range, the L1 Next does not yet have a matching case. We recommend storing your L1 Next upright on its base to ensure the bio-based bristles dry effectively between uses.
     

  • Is the Bepulo L1 toothbrush waterproof?
    Every Bepulo brush features a robust, precision-engineered alloy body with an IPX7 waterproof rating. This means your brush is fully protected against immersion in water, allowing you to utilise it safely in the shower or rinse it thoroughly under the tap. We’ve combined world-class engineering with durable materials to ensure your brush is truly designed to be kept. 
     

  • Can I take my Bepulo toothbrush on a plane?
    Yes. You can pack your Bepulo electric toothbrush in carry-on or checked luggage. We recommend carry-on — fresh teeth, even at 30,000 feet.

  • Can kids use it?
    Sure — kids 12 and up can use it no problem. For younger ones, we just recommend an adult helps out or keeps an eye on brushing.
