4. Is it waterproof?
Yep — totally. Every Bepulo toothbrush is IPX7 waterproof, so you can brush in the shower and rinse it under the tap without a worry.
5. How do I charge it?
Just plug in the USB charger that comes with it. The light will turn on while it’s charging and switch off when it’s ready to go. Easy.
6. How do I change the brushing mode?
Press the power button once to turn it on, and again to cycle through the modes — Sensitive, Clean, or White. It even remembers your favourite one for next time.
7. Do I have to use Bepulo brush heads?
Yes— only Bepulo brush heads fit perfectly. They’re made to match the motor and give the best clean. We have a great deal on subscriptions with our brush heads. Check out the Brush Club!
8. When should I replace my brush head?
About every three months is best, or sooner if the bristles start to fade or bend. The fading colour is your friendly reminder it’s time for a fresh one.
9. Can kids use it?
Sure — kids 12 and up can use it no problem. For younger ones, we just recommend an adult helps out or keeps an eye on brushing.
10. What’s your 30-day satisfaction guarantee?
We want you to love your Bepulo brush. If you don’t, send it back within 30 days (in its original packaging), and we’ll give you a full refund. Simple as that.
