Welcome to Bepulo. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

 

1. General

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through Bepulo (“we”, “our”, “us”) by you, the customer (“you”, “your”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy.

 

2. Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
 

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.


  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with details of your purchase.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.


  • We accept payment by approved methods displayed at checkout.


  • Full payment must be received before your order is dispatched.
 

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

​

  • We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm on the same business day.

  • We deliver across Australia only.


  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.


  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., courier delays, industrial delays).
 

 

5. Returns & Refunds

​

  • Our returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy and Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • You are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.


  • For change-of-mind returns, including our 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, please refer to our Returns Policy for full conditions.

 

6. Product Information

  • We aim to display products accurately; however, slight variations in colour, size, or design may occur.


  • All descriptions, images, and specifications are for guidance only.
 

  • Products should be used in accordance with the provided instructions and safety guidelines.

7. Warranty

​

  • This product is covered by a 12-month limited warranty that applies to the toothbrush body only. The warranty does not cover brush heads, accessories, or damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorised repairs.

  • This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bepulo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
 

 

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (logos, text, images, designs) is the property of Bepulo and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

 

10. Governing Law

​

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
