Important Safety & Usage Notes

When using your Bepulo toothbrush for the first time, you may notice a mild tingling sensation caused by high-frequency sonic vibrations. This is normal and will gradually reduce as you become accustomed to the brush.
If the toothbrush has not been used for a long period, the battery may enter a low-power state. When charging, the indicator light may not appear immediately. Please wait 3–5 minutes for charging to resume.
The toothbrush may feel slightly warm during charging. This is normal. If the device becomes excessively hot, unplug it immediately and contact Bepulo customer support.
Use only genuine Bepulo replacement brush heads to ensure optimal performance and safety.
This product is intended for cleaning teeth, gums, and tongue only. Do not use it for any other purpose.
For personal use only. Do not share the toothbrush between users without replacing the brush head.
For indoor use only. Avoid direct sunlight, extreme heat, or prolonged moisture exposure beyond normal bathroom use. Store in a dry, ventilated environment at room temperature.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off: Press the power button once to turn on the device.
Switching Modes: To cycle through the modes, press the button again within 5 seconds of turning the device on.
Smart Timer: The device features a built-in 2-minute timer to ensure a thorough clean.
Memory Function: The brush remembers your last used setting and will start in that mode automatically.

Brushing Modes

Sensitive (First Light): A gentle vibration frequency for those with sensitive teeth or gums.
Clean (Second Light): Standard daily mode for effective plaque removal.
Whitening (Third Light): Maximum frequency for polishing and removing surface stains.

Recommended Brushing Steps

Apply Toothpaste: Place a small amount of toothpaste to the brush head.
Angle & Start: Hold the bristles at a 45° angle toward the gum line and turn on the device.
Four Quadrants: Spend 30 seconds on each quadrant of your mouth for a balanced clean.
Smart timer: Brush your teeth for 2 minutes. The brush will automatically switch off.
Rinse: After 2 minutes, rinse both the brush head and your mouth thoroughly.

Safety & Maintenance

Gum Health: Some users may notice a tingling sensation when transitioning to sonic brushing; if you notice persistent bleeding, please consult a dentist.
Cleaning: Rinse the brush head under running water after every use.
Handle Care: Wipe the handle with a soft, damp cloth; do not use abrasive chemicals.
Dry Charging: Ensure that the charging port and handle base are completely dry before placing the device on the charger.

Troubleshooting Guide

1. Weakened Vibration

Possible Cause
The brush head is not securely fitted, or excessive pressure is being applied during brushing.

Solution
Ensure the brush head is fully clicked into place. Use gentle pressure—let the sonic vibrations do the work.

2. Short Battery Life

Possible Cause
The battery is low or nearing the end of its service life.

Solution
Charge the toothbrush fully for 5–7 hours. If battery life remains significantly reduced, contact Bepulo customer support.

3. Brush Will Not Start

Possible Cause
The battery is fully depleted, or the power button is obstructed.

Solution
Charge the device and check the power button area for debris or residue. Clean gently with a dry cloth.

4. Cannot Be Charged

Possible Cause
The charging base is not powered, or the toothbrush handle is not seated correctly on the magnetic base.

Solution
Confirm the power adapter is connected and functioning. Place the handle firmly on the magnetic charging base to ensure proper alignment.
