That’s why every Bepulo Sonic Toothbrush comes with a 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Use your toothbrush at home, as part of your normal routine, and genuinely live with it.
If it’s not right for you within 100 days from the date of delivery, we’ll make it right.
This guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
How it works
Use it properly
Use your Bepulo Sonic Toothbrush twice a day, just as you normally would, for up to 100 days from the date of delivery.
We encourage you to give it time — habits take a little while to settle.
Not satisfied?
Email us at hello@bepulo.com with your order number and a short note about your experience.
You don’t need to justify your decision — we simply want to understand how we can improve.
We’ll make it right
Once approved, we’ll arrange a full refund to your original payment method.
In some cases, we may request photos of the product or packaging to assist our quality team.
Returns & packaging
If a return is required, we’ll let you know.
When requested, please return:

The toothbrush handle
-
Charging cable or base
-
Original packaging (where reasonably possible)
Products must be returned in reasonable condition, excluding normal wear from everyday use.
For hygiene reasons, used brush heads do not need to be returned.
We’ll provide simple guidance on safe disposal if needed.
Faulty or damaged items
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll organise a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Photos of the item and packaging may be requested to help our quality team investigate.
Exclusions
Our 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs

Products purchased from unauthorised resellers

Gift cards or downloadable items
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
