That’s why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Try your Bepulo Sonic Toothbrush for up to 30 days from the date of delivery, and if you’re not completely happy with your brushing experience, we’ll give you your money back — no questions asked.

How It Works

  1. Try it out
    Use your Bepulo Sonic Toothbrush as part of your normal routine for up to 30 days.

  2. Not satisfied?
    Email us at hello@bepulo.com with your order number and a short message about your experience.

  3. We’ll make it right
    Once your request is approved, we’ll process a full refund.
    We may ask for photos of your product or packaging to assist our quality team.

Returns & Packaging

  • If we request a return, please send the toothbrush handle, charger, and packaging box back to us in its original, undamaged condition.

  • Used brush heads do not need to be returned for hygiene reasons — we’ll provide simple guidance on safe disposal.

  • When a return is required, please ensure all original packaging is included.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us immediately.
We’ll organise a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Photos of the item and packaging may be requested to help our quality team investigate.

Exclusions

Our 30-Day Guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs

  • Products purchased from unauthorised resellers

  • Gift cards or downloadable items

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund has been issued.
