Shipping Policy

At Bepulo, we aim to make delivery simple, reliable, and fast.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders placed before 3:00pm (AEST/AEDT) on business days the same business day.

Orders placed after 3:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will generally be dispatched on the next business day.

Please note that during promotional periods, product launches, or peak shipping times, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, most orders within Australia typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Your location
  • Courier network demand
  • Peak periods and public holidays
  • Weather or other unforeseen carrier delays

Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Bepulo ships Australia-wide only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

If you do not receive tracking information, please check your junk/spam folder first, then contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Bepulo is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at the time of purchase.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bepulo.com and we will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet the delivery timeframes above, once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our direct control.

If your order appears delayed, please first check the tracking link provided. If you need further help, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check around your delivery location
  • Check with household members or neighbours
  • Contact the courier using your tracking details
